2026 Registration
Welcome to the Harmony Hammerheads Registration platform for our upcoming swim season!
This team is ONLY for residents and homeowners of the Harmony neighborhood in Cary, NC. There are NO exceptions.
This year we are again using electronic registration and credit card payments and waivers to simplify the process of signing up children.
Requirements for being on the team are to have a parent who lives in Harmony in the current year and to be between the ages of 4 and 18 (as of June 1). If you have not been on the team before, you must be able to swim 25 yards across the pool without assistance (no floats, touching the bottom, ropes or side of the pool); any stroke is acceptable.
Registration is open from January 20 through May 15. Those of you who have been on the team in previous years know this is a hard deadline for our club. Please sign up nice and early.
If you haven’t heard yet, the neighborhood hired a very professional aquatics management company (AMG) to staff lifeguards and to handle pool maintenance this summer. They were much better and the pool ran very smoothly last year.
This year the fee remains $110 per child. The predominant reason for the price is that we are going to staff 2 lifeguards (the minimum number) at the Saturday morning practices before the pool opens to the neighborhood (8-10 am) and for an hour during the home swim meets (9-10). During normal pool hours the neighborhood will pay for guards.
We encourage you to register your children earlier rather than later, which will allow us to better plan for the season. Naturally, we will refund the fee of any child who registers and chooses to withdraw prior to the first practice (minus the credit card transaction fees). We anticipate the first practice to begin on May 25th (Memorial Day). This is contingent, of course, on an HOA Board decision regarding the pool opening/use details.
